turrant.ai provides an AI-powered document collection, verification, and processing platform accessible via WhatsApp and other communication channels. Our Services include:

• Document collection through WhatsApp Business API
• Optical Character Recognition (OCR) with 99% accuracy
• Government API verification (Aadhaar, PAN, GST, and other documents)
• Document classification and data extraction
• Integration with third-party systems via API
• Analytics and reporting dashboard
• Automated workflow management

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Services for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our written permission
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited communications
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent documents
• Violate any third-party intellectual property rights

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

5.1 Subscription Tiers

5.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Services after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5.4 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trial offers at any time.

5.5 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods or unused portions of the Services, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, code, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by turrant.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

6.3 User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the documents and data you upload to our Services ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

6.4 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

7. Data Processing and Privacy

Our collection, use, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We will process User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You have obtained all necessary consents to upload documents to our platform
• You are responsible for compliance with data protection laws regarding your use of our Services
• We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models and Services

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, websites, or applications, including:

• WhatsApp Business API
• Government verification APIs (Aadhaar, PAN, GST)
• Payment processors
• Cloud storage providers
• Third-party integrations you enable

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We encourage you to review the terms of any third-party services you access through our platform.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

9.1 Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to our Services, we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

9.2 Maintenance

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may temporarily interrupt access to the Services. We will attempt to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

9.3 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the Services at our sole discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that negatively impact your use of the Services.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10.2 OCR and Verification Accuracy

While we advertise 99% OCR accuracy, we do not guarantee perfect accuracy in all cases. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of extracted data and verification results. We are not liable for errors in OCR output or verification results.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TURRANT.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10.4 Basis of the Bargain

The limitations in this Section 10 reflect an informed allocation of risk and are a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between you and turrant.ai. The Services would not be provided without these limitations.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless turrant.ai, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; (d) your User Content; or (e) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

12. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information disclosed by the other party and to use such information solely for the purposes of these Terms. Confidential information does not include information that: (a) is publicly available; (b) was known prior to disclosure; (c) is independently developed; or (d) is lawfully received from a third party.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your User Content and will not disclose it to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

13. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Services, including:

• Data protection and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, DPDPA, etc.)
• Anti-spam and telecommunications regulations
• Export control and sanctions laws
• Anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations
• Industry-specific regulations applicable to your business

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at hello@turrant.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

14.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in the jurisdiction specified below. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the decision shall be final and binding.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Subject to the arbitration provisions above, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Delhi, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Export Control

You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer the Services or any technical data derived from the Services in violation of applicable export control laws and regulations, including those of India and the United States.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, telecommunication failures, internet outages, or failures of third-party services.

18. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be void.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and turrant.ai regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

21. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of turrant.ai.

22. Notices

We may provide notices to you via email, through the Services, or by posting on our website. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

23. Survival

The following sections shall survive termination of these Terms: Intellectual Property Rights, Data Processing and Privacy, Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, Confidentiality, Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
